Event confirmation is given priority at the time of deposit payment  or completion of contract  . Rental may not be possible at the time of confirmation. Event confirmation is not possible through rental application or verbal or email notification. For more information, please refer to the Terms of Service.

Even if installed according to the layout, it may not be suitable for the event program or on-site conditions.

Please make sure to assign an on-site manager to help create a great event venue.

In case of loss or damage after the product has been received, actual costs will be charged. Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.

First, move products that may cause safety issues, such as wires or electrical appliances, indoors or cover them with plastic to prevent them from getting wet. When there is strong wind, remove any attachments that may fly away and move the items for sale indoors.

If withdrawal is carried out on the same day instead of the original withdrawal schedule due to bad weather such as rain, additional emergency work costs may be incurred.

Perceived rainfall amount

• 1mm - enough so that water doesn't collect on the floor and you don't have to worry about your clothes getting wet.

• 3mm - The limit of movement without an umbrella

For self-installable products, delivery is possible regardless of the amount. Please let us know the time you would like to receive it, the time and place of return, and we will dispatch a vehicle.

※Caution! We only provide vehicle transportation . You must handle the loading/unloading, transportation, installation, and removal yourself.

It varies depending on the type and quantity of products, conditions of the installation site, etc. The more detailed the on-site information you provide, the more accurately we can predict the required time, and the more thoroughly we can prepare, the less actual required time will be!

In addition to the product rental fee, the 'shipping fee' is added to the quote. The shipping fee includes transportation and installation/removal costs.

Depending on the request, additional costs may apply if there is structural reinforcement or product change.

If installed the day before , it does not count as a date of use.

If you request withdrawal the day after the event ends, the usage date will be increased by one day.

Of course, if the installation/withdrawal date needs to be changed due to Table Times' circumstances, no additional charges will be applied.

After use, be sure to restore it to its original condition  .

If you need to use tools that may leave residue, such as double-sided tape or glue, please let us know in advance and  attach it on top of residue-free tape . 🙂

⚠️If the item is returned in a damaged or unrestored condition, a restoration fee will be charged according to the terms and conditions.

All Table Times products manufactured from 2023 onwards  are made using wood that has been treated with a pre-cursor process.

If you need a fire retardant certificate for the wood used in the production of the product, please request it through Channel Talk 🙂

If you require posterior collateral, there will be a separate charge.
